From this list the most common reasons why your RSS readers unsubscribe from your blog is because of the lack of posts and too many posts. There needs to be a fine balance between the two. Try to find a happy medium between posting too much and too little and stick with it. You need to be consistent so that you readers don't get bored and unsubscribe from your feed.
